HELP HTC HD2 SCREEN NOT WORKING!?

This evening something wring happened with my HD2. Suddenly without any visible reasons touch screen stopped working the screen will light up all my buttons will work its just my touch screen isn't working i Dont have insurance on the phone so i was wondering how much it would cost to fix something like that and where to fix it at
