My chicken pox is over but my scars are still big and black, they are filled with fluid.?

My chicken pox is over but my scars are still big and black, they are filled with fluid. Some of them are gone from face and other are as there where they were with blackish liquid. I use to apply lacto calamine cream but I don't see any improvements. Please tell me what to put on it and are they healing on there own. And I m from India..... Please help.. Thanx Sir/Mam...
