How can i motivate fellow school mates in my school being the eco leader of my school parliament?

I am of 10Th grade and i need to motivate my fellow school mates to participate in the club and how to organize it.I need to have students of 7Th to 9Th grade as i gonna announce it in the assembly i need a few lines how to attract or motivate them to join the club as well i need a to know how to organize it.
