Did I catch chicken pox?

Hi, there was a guy who had chicken pox and there was my gf sitting between me and him and he shacked hands with my gf to ask her about direction to a place. He was closed to me and after he shocked hands with her, I asked her to wash her hands and she did(only water) and I surely touched her hands then. However, the guys was beside us for long like (1 hour) in a cultural gathering AND HE HIS SPOTS(Pimples) WERE WHITE HEADED; anyway I am soooo scared ...i dont want to have that...So did I catch it ..I have headache and I dont feel like eating.that happened yesterday and i already have two weird Pimples now; one in my neck and one in my chest. PLEASE HELP :(:(
