I THINK I HAVE CHICKEN POX! HELP?!?

I just typed chicken pox on google images and it looks a lot like what I have. I have some pimples on my head, neck, chest and waist. I have about eight or more pimples! This started happening yesterday. I have a fever. I tried breaking the pimples and now it hurts when I touch that place and it is sometimes itchy. What should I do? Should I wait for it to heal by itself? Or should I use Some kind of medicine? Or anything else?
