What are the bumps all over my arms and legs?

have already had chicken pox before so I no It's not them but I counted 18 little bug bite sized bumps they are on both arms and some on my legs they itch like crap but I haven't Ben outside recently and they have been there for about 2 weeks what are they? Will they go away soon?
