Chicken pox question. please help!?

So I got the chicken pox two days ago not that bad but they're spreading still.. how long will they keep spreading? & also my blisters keep getting liqud in them & when I scratch them they pop, & then they'll form again but bigger.. do I keep scratching to get th liquid out? If I don't they get bigger.. how can I dry them out already!?
