Diaherra after chicken pox?

I've had chicken pox for 8 days now and all my blisters have crusted. However, I've started to get mild diaherra where eating regular food only worsens the condition. I am 19 years old and i've been taking aciclovir tablets since i first got chicken pox and i've been taking other antibiotics such as roxithromycin for my throat because i've been coughing non stop as well. It is possible that im getting diaherra from taking these antibiotics? Also, what sorts of measure should i take to cease the diaherra?
