Are these after effects from my strep throat normal??? please help?

i went to the doctor after about 4 days of having a fever and sores in my mouth and they said i had a case of strep throat in which they gave me a prescription for amoxicillin which they said would fight off the bacteria, i took one every 12 hours and stopped after i took 10 but i recently started back a few days later because i noticed one of my glands in my throat swelled up and became really tough and sore when i stretched my throat out or pressed it with my finger. is this swelling normal or should this have not happened or what? also i just noticed tonight that i have a slight skin rash appearing to be bumps on mainly my feet and arms, they look kinda like chicken pox but ive already had those before and they itch a little as well. is any of this side effects from the medicine or should i be worried, all help is greatly appreciated.
