Rash on hand doesnt itch it looks like chicken pox ?

So I had my road test and I failed I was really nervous had a headache and when I got home I saw a small rash on my arm I thought it would go away but it didn't, by the next day it spread to my thumb. 3 days later I have a job interview and I was nervous talking to the manager and it's going on my other hand. It looks like chicken pox but it doesnt itch just looks ugly and exertions I see it gives me chills on my head. Some have any idea what it is ?
