I have chicken pox, but i have pains in my muscles? (i'm 13) just randomly shooting pains will occur in my arm?

underneath my knee i have shooting pains occasionally and in my right bicep at the side i will have a pain that feels like it's within the muscle, is my chicken pox the cause? never had it before by the way
