I came in contact with chicken pox. I had them. However MY sister is pregnant and has a young child.?

I touched the child with chicken pox. Can I still pass the pox to people/children who have NOT had them? PLease help. I am in health care and really don't want to get more people sick. We are supposed to go to her house today, I just want to make sure I make the right decision
