I am 21 years old and currently having an adult chicken pox.?

My doctor prescribed me isoprinosine and I took paracetamol after it because my fever was high. Now my chest feels like tightening like someone is sitting in it. But when I took it before without paracetamol, I didnt feel anything weird at all.. help
