Chicken pox confused?

ok so i asked a question about 2 days ago about my son who had a rash on his feet and it turned out to be chicken pox but now my 2 year old daughter has started to break out but only around her groin area the spots look similar to her brothers but hers are kinda bleeding i think shes been scratching? is it possible only to get chicken pox in one area because my son only has the spots on his feet and she only has them around her groin and upper thighs
