Can the Meningitis and Chicken Pox vaccines be combined?

I live in PA and apparently I have to get a Second dose of The chicken pox vaccine and i have to get the meningitis vaccine for collage so i wanted to see if i can have them combined so its over and done with. And how mich does the Meningitis vaccine hurt (its not that i cant stand the pain but im just wondering)?
